Origins & Craftsmanship
Produced at the GlenAllachie Distillery in Speyside, Scotland (often historically labelled “GlenAllachie-Glenlivet”), this expression was distilled in 2014 and matured exclusively in bourbon barrels for a full 10 years. The whisky has been selected and bottled by Cadenhead’s, Scotland’s oldest independent bottler, at 46% ABV. The use of bourbon-cask maturation allows the spirit’s inherent fruit and malt profile to shine through with minimal wood intrusion.

Tasting Profile

• Nose: Bright and inviting, with aromas of crisp walnuts, sunlit gorse blossom, crème brûlée and sandalwood. A gentle undercurrent of white grapes and orchard stone‐fruit adds freshness.

• Palate: Medium-bodied and smoothly textured, offering malted barley sweetness, orchard fruits (pear and light apple), almonds and stem ginger spice. The bourbon barrel influence gives soft vanilla and light oak warmth.

• Finish: Clean and moderate in length—orchard fruits and kiwi-skin brightness linger alongside a hint of cinnamon spice and a touch of dry oak tannin. The finish leaves a clear impression of freshness and balance.
