Origins & Craftsmanship
Sourced from the Tomatin Distillery in the Highlands of Scotland, this whisky was matured for 16 years before being finished in Manzanilla hogsheads. The independent bottler Cadenhead’s selected this cask to bring out layered fruit and savoury complexity, then bottled at 46 % ABV, non-chill-filtered and with no added colouring, preserving its natural character.
Tasting Profile
Nose: Butter-soft at first, with hints of brandy snaps and stroopwafels, banana and cognac-like richness.
Palate: Smooth and gently textured—there’s chamomile tea, orange peel, milk chocolate and a whisper of cardamom spice.
