🍇 Composition & Terroir

• Blend of Grenache (≈65%), Syrah (15%), Cinsault (15%), and a splash of Rolle (5%) from Coteaux Varois hillside vineyards (1100–1600 ft) with clay-limestone and flinty soils

• Stainless steel and concrete fermentation, aged on fine lees for texture and nuance
