Origins & Craftsmanship

Produced entirely from grapes grown in the Valle de Guadalupe region of Baja California, Mexico, this edition is part of Château Domecq’s “Selected Harvest” line. The blend centres on classic Bordeaux-style varieties—Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Nebbiolo—hand-harvested cluster by cluster to ensure optimal ripeness. After destemming and fermentation under controlled temperatures, the wine matures for approximately 12 months in French-oak barrels before bottling, capturing both varietal purity and barrel-derived refinement.

• Nose: Deep garnet colour with purple rim. Aromas of black cherry, cassis and blackberry compote mingle with touches of cigar box, tobacco leaf and gentle vanilla from barrel ageing.

• Palate: Medium-to-full body. Flavours of ripe plum and dark berry fruit take centre stage, complemented by bay leaf, black pepper spice, cedar-wood and dark chocolate. Fine-grained tannins provide structure without heaviness and the acidity is fresh, giving lift and energy.
