A fresh, racy white wine, with a mix of lemon pith, verbena, quinine, honeysuckle and white peach notes blitzing through. Very fresh through the finish. Drink now for its brightness or let it broaden a little with cellaring. Made from Grenache Blanc, Clairette, Roussanne, Bourboulenc and Picpoul.
