Non-chill filtered and bottled at 46.3% ABV, this whisky is matured exclusively in ex-bourbon casks, allowing the natural character of the spirit to shine through. On the nose, it opens with sweet honey, heather, and a hint of citrus zest, followed by creamy vanilla and soft malt. The palate is rich and smooth, offering flavors of toffee, barley sugar, and a touch of spice, with a gentle oak influence rounding things out.
