This Chablis is a blend of fruit from two parcels, one on the Left Bank and a second on the Right Bank. Hand-picked and raised for 6 months in stainless steel, this chardonnay offers attractive red apple, apricot and light honeyed tones, more Côte de Beaune than Chablis, to be honest, yet still attractive. The palate is well balanced with a fine bead of acidity, marked by bright citrus fruit, expressive floral and savory notes. This mid-weight, refreshing Chablis has enough vibrancy to drink well over the next handful of years.
