This wine comes from the independent, family-owned estate Domaine Vocoret in the Chablis AOC of Burgundy, France. The vineyards are planted on the classic Kimmeridgian limestone and marl soils that impart the signature flint and oyster-shell minerality to Chablis. For the 2023 vintage, the fruit was harvested with an emphasis on freshness and purity, and vinification was carried out with minimal intervention—often in stainless steel (or neutral vessels) with fine lees contact to build texture while preserving the site’s natural character.
