Using malted Irish barley, un-malted Irish barley, and Irish Barra oats, this elegant Single Pot Still Irish Whiskey follows on from the inaugural release with a more bourbon cask focus and will be a staple expression for The Shed Distillery of PJ Rigney into the future.
Aged primarily in Kentucky Bourbon & with some Sherry Oloroso casks, Head Distiller, Brian Taft has highlighted the characteristics of this flagship expression as being uniquely creamy and fruity, yet spicy and dry. "A well-balanced whiskey, dances effortlessly between sweet & spicy, possessing a full, well rounded mouthfeel that lingers lightly on the tongue." -Head Distiller, Brian Taft
