Feudi di San Gregorio 2018 Falanghina DOC

Description

Feudi di San Gregorio was established in 1986 and is situated in the village of Sorbo Serpico in Campania’s Irpinia region, producing contemporary styles of local indigenous grapes.

"This entry-level white from Feudi di San Gregorio offers a lean, crisp and absolutely refreshing approach. The 2018 Falanghina del Sannio opens to pure aromas of citrus, white fruit and crushed seashell. This slightly cooler vintage is tight, sharp and more streamlined in terms of mouthfeel. It goes through stainless steel for a brief five months." Robert Parker 88+ Points

"Honeysuckle and tropical fruit aromas almost leap out of the glass on this fragrant white. The linear palate is a bit more subdued, offering yellow apple, pear and citrus alongside firm acidity and a hint of saline." Wine Enthusiast 88 Points
