Hand-harvested and aged in large oak casks (~24 months), then carefully cellared, resulting in intensity, elegance, and structural balance
Generous and refined, the nose reveals dark fruit—black cherry, blackberry, dried plum—layered with cedar, wild flowers, spice, licorice, and earthy underbrush
