"A well-aged, mellow bourbon with whiffs of seasoned integrated oak, maraschino cherries, and whipped cream. The palate is smooth and oaked, but not overly so. Baking spice and tart notes of dark chocolate, lots of peppery spice, and muted berries, with the oak taking the lead to collaborate with the spirit. A long finish showing vanilla, dark chocolate, camp coffee, and maple syrup. Aged and spicy; jagged at times but mostly gentle." 93 Points, David Fleming for the Whisky Advocate

Hailing from the quiet hills of Cascade Hollow, the long aging process in our single-story rickhouses imparted Dickel Bourbon 18 Year Old with mellow yet complex flavors including deep notes of crème brulée and stone fruit.
