Giffard Abricot du Roussillon is a lush, fruit-forward apricot liqueur made from Rouge du Roussillon apricots. It delivers ripe, jammy apricot flavor with floral and honeyed tones, underpinned by balanced sweetness and a touch of apricot skin texture. 25 % ABV. Great neat, for cocktails, or dessert-driven drinks.

Apricot & Gin Cocktail
1.5 oz gin + 0.75 oz Abricot du Roussillon + 0.5 oz lemon juice + egg white (optional) → dry shake then shake with ice, strain.
