Origins & Craftsmanship
Produced by Henri Giraud in the Grand Cru village of Aÿ, Champagne, this cuvée is crafted from a blend of approximately 64% Pinot Noir, 30% Chardonnay and around 6% still red wine from Aÿ, adding both color and richness. The wine is vinified with care and a notable portion is matured in terracotta amphorae or sandstone “dame-jeanne”-style containers, lending a subtle mineral and oxidative dimension. Extended lees aging further enhances complexity and mouth-feel, reflecting the house’s long-standing tradition of combining terroir and subtle oak/ceramic influence.

• Nose: Bright and inviting with red cherry, wild strawberry and raspberry, followed by hints of orange peel, rose petal and a delicate clay-mineral nuance.
