🌱 Origins & Terroir

• Crafted by six-generation Sancerre grower Domaine Hippolyte Reverdy, with vineyards located in the heart of the appellation on classic Kimmeridgian (Terres Blanches) limestone–clay soils near Verdigny and Chavignol 

• Vines average 30 years in age, trained in a Guyot system, and managed under “lutte raisonnée” (reasoned farming) 

🍇 Winemaking

• Fermented and aged for ~10 months in stainless steel with indigenous yeasts and 100% malolactic conversion, preserving freshness and texture while avoiding over-oak or heavy manipulation

• The pale-straw wine shows pure and generous aromatics of citrus zest (lemon/lime), pear, white flowers, and subtle white pepper, with a dusting of wet stone minerality
