Made exclusively from Pinot Meunier grown on selected 50+-year-old vines in top-tier sites Reuil and Châtillon‑sur‑Marne.
First fermentation takes place in new oak barrels (5–6 times usage), no malolactic conversion to preserve freshness.
Lees stirring follows, with barrel ageing for about 10 months.
Blended from two vintages, then further aged on lees in bottle for approximately 5–9 years.
Color: Deep yellow with slight pink hues.
Nose: Toasted brioche, candied fruit, pear, quince, hazelnut, vanilla, honey—with subtle oxidative depth.
Palate: Rich yet vibrant, displaying candied pear and fruit, balanced structure, and lingering savory elegance .
This is a powerful yet refined, oak-influenced Pinot Meunier Champagne. With methodical barrel fermentation and extended ageing, it blends orchard fruit, brioche, and nutty depth into a soil-driven expression of the Marne terroir. Ideal alongside exceptional meals—seafood, shellfish, poultry, or foie gras.
