PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
The Ki One Unicorn Edition is a milestone whisky: a peated single malt that captures both sweet richness and smoky depth, and in 2025 was awarded the Worldwide Whisky Trophy at the IWSC, making it Korea’s first single malt to win that distinction. It’s bold, flavourful, and a flagship expression in the Ki One/Three Societies lineup.
Produced by Ki One Distillery (formerly Three Societies) in Namyangju, South Korea.
Distilled from 100% malted barley, peated to ~ 50 ppm (parts per million), so a substantial peat smoke presence.
Fermentation routine: at least ~100-120 hours in stainless steel.
Double distilled in copper pot stills.
Aged for a minimum of 3 years, in a mix of new American oak / virgin American oak and ex-bourbon barrels; non-age statement whisky.
Bottled at 46% ABV, non-chill filtered, no added coloring.
