Origins & Craftsmanship

Crafted by Jim Beam Distilling Co. in Clermont, Kentucky (under parent company Suntory) this release marks the oldest age-stated bourbon the brand has offered to date. Aged for 21 years in charred American white-oak barrels, the liquid matures in the lower stories of rack-houses to achieve depth without harsh over-extraction. Bottled at 100 proof (50% ABV) and released as a limited-edition, small-batch offering, this bourbon stays true to Knob Creek’s 100-proof standard while stepping into ultra-aged territory.
