Aromas: Sea breeze, with floral notes of jasmine and chamomile, followed by an aroma of coconut milk and hazelnut, with hints of pear, carambola, and soursop. The finish is herbal with hints of oregano, basil and a slight accent of roasted pineapple.
On the palate: A combination of banana, melon, applesauce with nutmeg, burnt sugar and a touch of sweet wood smoke. Frugal notes of creamy yogurt on the finish.
Our origins go back to the time of the Mexican revolution, where the family of our partner and founder Carlos Moreno began to enter the world of mezcal. Today we continue to grow and we are proud to collaborate with more than 52 producer families from 18 communities in the state of Oaxaca, thus having an international presence in more than 16 countries.
