Origins & Craftsmanship

Hand-harvested Glera grapes are foot-inoculated with native yeasts and undergo primary fermentation before undergoing a slow, natural refermentation in the bottle. The wine remains on its lees through winter and is bottled undosed in spring, with no added sugar or sulfites. This ancestral method (col fondo style) embodies tradition and purity. 

Tasting Profile

Aroma & Flavor: The nose delivers savory, yeast-derived notes infused with citrus, wild herbs, and gentle orchard fruit. 
Palate: Linear and crisp, with vibrant acidity uplifted by ripe peach, lemon zest, bitter almond, and a whisper of brioche. The finish is long, mineral-driven, and leaves a graphite-tinged echo.

Lees' aging gives this slightly aged prosecco a mature, medium-bodied approach with silky, fine beading. The finish is broad and flat.
