Lana Tequila Blanco was the brand's very first release, launched in June 2023 by co-founders Maximilian Arasin and Jonathan William Mikula — the latter a writer, actor, and producer — under Prestige Beverage Group. From the very beginning, Lana was built around a genuinely artistic philosophy that extends well beyond the liquid itself: every bottle is topped with a cap crafted from real marble and onyx stone, meaning no two caps are ever exactly alike, a genuine one-of-a-kind detail on every single bottle produced.

Made entirely from 100% Blue Weber agave, grown five to seven years in Jalisco's volcanic Lowland Region, Lana Blanco is distilled at Destilería Leyros, a facility responsible for 36 different tequila brands, including Casa Dragones and Casazul, operating under genuinely sustainable practices that minimize water use, energy consumption, and waste. As a Blanco, the tequila is bottled unaged (or very minimally rested), capturing the purest possible expression of the agave itself.

The results earned genuinely remarkable, immediate recognition: a Double Gold Medal and Best in Show at the 2023 San Francisco World Spirits Competition — one of the most prestigious blind-judging panels in the entire spirits industry, and a genuinely rare distinction for any tequila, let alone a brand's debut release. Best Tasting Spirits' independent review found "the aroma" leading "with roasted herbal agave, vanilla, lime, sea salt, and cinnamon spice, with floral notes," developing on the palate into "sweet herbal agave, vanilla, and pear" with "a soft water mouth feel," with "lime" arriving and "building to an orange, and salted lime peak," the whole experience fading "with herbal agave, orange zest, and roasted pear," and closing "with sea salt, buttery agave, jalapeño pepper, and lime peel."
