At about 16.5% ABV, it delivers balanced bitterness, citrus brightness, and floral complexity—ideal for cocktails (MartinIS, Dry Manhattans, Gin & Vermouth spritzes) or sipping lightly over ice.

Wine base is premium California wine (“Muscat Canelli” or similar varietals) fortified with neutral grape spirit.
Botanical infusion includes gentian root, orange oil bitters, anise / fennel, elderflower, rhubarb, wild cherry bark, coriander, cardamom, chamomile, etc.
Specifically formulated with a slightly higher pH than many vermouths, to improve balance and mouthfeel.
