Maison Louis Latour vinifies this village-level wine with traditional care: fermentation in stainless steel vats, full malolactic conversion, followed by 8-10 months’ ageing—part in oak barrels and part in stainless steel—to achieve a balance of oak influence and fresh fruit purity. The vineyard average vine age is around 30 years and the yield is about 45 hl/ha.
