Sourced from vineyards with cooling maritime influences and well-drained soils, the fruit benefits from extended hang time that enhances depth while preserving acidity. Fermentation may include whole-cluster components (depending on lot) to bring vibrancy and structure, and ageing is carried out in French oak barrels (a mix of new and seasoned) to add subtle texture without overshadowing the grape’s varietal identity and site character.
