G.E. Massenez Crème de Cassis de Dijon is a luxurious French blackcurrant liqueur renowned for its rich, velvety texture and vibrant fruit character. Crafted in Alsace since 1870, this crème stands out for its exceptional quality, achieved through a meticulous process that includes using only the finest blackcurrant juice, a high sugar content of 400 grams per liter, and the addition of the same fruit's eau-de-vie.
15% ABV, 750 ml
Visually, it presents a deep ruby hue with bluish-red highlights, indicative of its dense sugar content. The nose is clean and intensely fruity, showcasing the purity of the selected blackcurrants.
