Produced by Paladin in Veneto, this Millesimato showcases meticulous fruit selection from its historical vineyards. After gentle pressing, fermentation occurs at a controlled 13 °C. Secondary fermentation follows via the Charmat (Martinotti) method in stainless steel, yielding fine and persistent perlage.
