Origins & Craftsmanship

Papa’s Pilar Blonde is crafted through a solera blending process using carefully selected rums from the Dominican Republic, Panama, Venezuela, and Florida. These are married and finished in American Bourbon barrels and Spanish Oloroso Sherry casks to create a smooth, well-rounded spirit reminiscent of the light rums Ernest Hemingway favored in the 1930s.
