Rested in stainless steel vats for 6 months before aging a minimum of 18 months with at least 12 of those months occurring in oak; aged 2–4 years in total
Pineau des Charentes is a traditional apéritif composed of Cognac blended with unfermented grape must. Delicate and floral, enjoy chilled over ice or experiment using as a substitute for vermouth in cocktails.
