Roseisle’s inaugural single malt release, "The Origami Kite," showcases the distillery's versatility and innovation. Matured for 12 years in a combination of first-fill ex-bourbon and refill casks, this Speyside whisky is bottled at a robust 56.5% ABV.

Nose: A vibrant bouquet of orchard fruits like ripe peaches and green apples, complemented by hints of vanilla sponge cake, white chocolate, and a subtle floral note.

Palate: Smooth and creamy, with layers of vanilla cream, honey, and marzipan. The mid-palate reveals a spicy complexity with notes of white pepper, ginger, and nutmeg, balanced by a medley of tropical fruits such as mango, tangerine, and kiwi.

Finish: Long and warming, with lingering hints of aniseed, caraway, and green fruits, leaving a pleasant zesty bitterness.
