Vinčhambed on their estate vineyard in Santa Rita Hills, Southing is crafted from 100% estate-grown Pinot Noir, sourced from south-facing “southing” slopes bathed in coastal fog and cooling breezes—creating a signature blend of elegance and freshness
The nose shifts with each swirl: bright currant, strawberry, rose water, Rainier cherry, alongside savory hints of fennel, clove, nutmeg, violet, and hibiscus—a layered bouquet that strikes a precise balance of fruit and spice
