St. George NOLA Coffee Liqueur is a rich, dark-roasted coffee liqueur with depth, character, and sophistication. It pays homage to New Orleans-style chicory coffee, blending Ethiopian Yirgacheffe beans, chicory, and vanilla to create something bold, flavorful, and balanced. At 25% ABV, it’s sweet and smooth enough for cocktails, yet complex enough to sip neat or on ice.

Finish Lingering coffee bitterness softened by sweet vanilla; taste of dark roast remains, with depth but not overwhelming harshness.

      ¾ oz heavy cream
      Shake with ice, strain over fresh ice.

  • Revolver
      2 oz bourbon
      ½ oz NOLA Coffee Liqueur
      2 dashes orange bitters
      Stir with ice, strain into a chilled cocktail glass, garnish with flamed orange peel. 

  • Big, Easy Affogato
      1 oz NOLA Coffee Liqueur
      1 oz fresh-brewed espresso
      1 large scoop vanilla ice cream or gelato
      Pour the liqueur & espresso over ice cream. 

  • Hall & Oates (a house recipe of St. George) — use NOLA in place of or with a main spirit for dessert-like, coffee-forward mix.
