This 18-month-aged añejo comes from Tezcazul’s traditional distillery near Amatitan, Jalisco (NOM 1480), using 100% Blue Weber agave, slow-roasted in brick ovens, fermented in stainless steel, and double-distilled in copper pots. Aged in American white oak for rich depth.
