Origins & Craftsmanship
Produced at the Tomatin Distillery in the Scottish Highlands (near Inverness), the “Dualchas” expression is part of the distillery’s core range. The whisky is matured in a blend of American‐bourbon barrels and virgin (new) oak casks—this choice of cask types adds vanilla, light wood spice and fresh oak character to the foundational malt. It is bottled at 43% ABV, non-chill-filtered and naturally coloured, reflecting a modern, value-driven single malt crafted for clarity, balance and drinkability.
