🧪 Origins & Winemaking

• Produced by Vietti in Piedmont, this is a 100% Nebbiolo from select parcels in Barolo and Barbaresco, declassified into Langhe DOC.

• Grapes are vinified parcel by parcel, with slow traditional fermentation followed by about 18–20 months in large oak barrels and tonneaux before final blending.

• Intense bouquet featuring sour cherry, raspberry, and rose floral tones, layered over menthol, licorice, fresh asphalt, and touches of vanilla.

• Additional nuances of white pepper, orange peel, chalky mineral, and graphite cedar spice bring depth and energy.

• Medium-bodied yet structured: red berries, plum, and blackberry unfold into smoke, dried herbs, and earthy tannins.
