Villa One Tequila Añejo 750ml

Villa One was founded by musician Nick Jonas and menswear designer John Varvatos, launched in 2019 through an unexpected friendship the two describe as growing directly out of their shared love of tequila and a shared desire, in their own words, to experience "life as it should be." To bring that vision to life properly, the pair partnered with Stoli Group and its Fábrica de Tequilas Finos distillery, sitting at the foot of Tequila Hill in Jalisco, Mexico, enlisting Master Distiller Arturo Fuentes — nicknamed "the godfather of tequila" — who brings more than three decades of experience crafting fine cognacs, champagnes, and tequilas to the project.

Villa One's 100% Blue Weber agave is sourced from both the Highland and Lowland regions of Jalisco, a deliberate blending of terroirs designed to combine the Highlands' sweeter, fruitier character with the Lowlands' more herbaceous, earthy notes for a genuinely rounded final profile. The agave matures five to seven years before harvest, cooked in traditional stone ovens, with the resulting mosto double distilled in copper pot stills. The Añejo expression rests more than twelve months in American oak barrels, developing a genuinely rich, dark amber color and real depth beyond the brand's Silver and Reposado siblings.

The official tasting notes describe the nose as "caramel, cooked agave, toasted oak, vanilla," developing on the palate into "vanilla, caramel, caramelized banana, dark chocolate, slight smoke," closing "rich and lasting." The brand's own launch materials describe the finished tequila showing "rich caramel notes with vanilla wafer and banana essences," a "full-bodied mouthfeel," and "a silky finish with notes of dark chocolate and honey." This is genuinely well-crafted, rich, dessert-leaning añejo tequila — real Highland-Lowland blending philosophy behind a bottle built specifically for sipping neat.

Villa One Tequila Añejo is produced by Fábrica de Tequilas Finos, at the foot of Tequila Hill in Jalisco, Mexico, under Master Distiller Arturo Fuentes. The brand was founded in 2019 by Nick Jonas and John Varvatos, in partnership with Stoli Group. Made from 100% Blue Weber agave, sourced from both the Highland and Lowland regions of Jalisco and matured five to seven years, the agave is cooked in stone ovens before double distillation in copper pot stills, using artesian well water throughout.

The Añejo expression rests more than twelve months in American oak barrels, developing a dark amber color and rich, layered character. Bottled at 40% ABV / 80 proof, 750ml.
