PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Wild Common has built a genuinely trusted reputation on a simple, uncompromising standard: honest, additive-free tequila, made the traditional way, with nothing added to fake flavor or texture. Every expression in this collection is produced at the historic Cascahuín distillery (NOM 1123) in El Arenal, Jalisco — a facility founded in 1904 and still run today by the Rosales family, under Master Distiller Salvador Rosales Torres and his sons, Salvador "Chava" and Benjamin. Founded by Andy Bardon, a National Geographic photographer, Wild Common's entire mission rests on tradition, community, and the land — sustainable, transparent production that shows real respect for both the agave and the people who grow it.
Every single bottle in this collection is independently verified additive-free by Tequila Matchmaker — no added sugar, glycerin, coloring, or flavoring of any kind. What you taste is exactly what the agave, the water, and the barrel produced, nothing more. This collection brings together all four core expressions, tracing the same meticulous, hands-on production — agave roasted 72 hours in small brick ovens, extracted through a genuine blend of traditional stone tahona and roller mill, fermented naturally with agave fibers still present, and double distilled in small stainless and copper pot stills — through four entirely different finishing paths.
Wild Common Blanco
Clean and vibrant, with cooked agave, minerals, and floral hints, alongside herbs, black pepper, and citrus. Bottled unaged, letting the Rosales family's meticulous production stand entirely on its own.
Wild Common Blanco Still Strength
Bottled straight off the still, undiluted, at 100 proof. Roasted agave, fresh lime zest, crushed mint, and subtle salinity, developing white pepper, citrus peel, and cucumber — a more intense, concentrated read on the same base spirit, built for serious agave purists.
Wild Common Reposado
Rested in used American bourbon barrels. Cooked agave, fresh roasted pecans, and raw honey, developing chewy caramel, tangerine brightness, and warm stone fruit jam with a pop of cinnamon spice.
Wild Common Añejo
The estate's most extensively aged expression — a genuinely rich, thick, and viscous añejo carrying vanilla, brown sugar, cinnamon, butterscotch, and cooked-down agave through a long, evolving finish.
