HoneyDew is a charmingly sweet and warming bourbon, infused with Texas wildflower honey to deliver a cozy, dessert-like experience. Producer: From Garrison Brothers Distillery in Hye, Texas—the first legal bourbon distillery in the state. It’s a small-batch, “grain-to-glass” producer known for bold, artisanal expressions.
Process: Matured in new American white oak barrels for about four years. Then, unique wooden cubes made from used bourbon barrels are soaked in Burleson’s Texas wildflower honey, and immersed in the bourbon for seven months. This imparts deep, authentic honey flavor—not just sweeteners.
