This charming Rosé from Chapoutier blends Grenache, Syrah, and Cinsault grapes grown on right-bank Rhône terraces of sand, clay, and limestone. Direct-pressed, cold-fermented in stainless steel, and aged on lees, it reflects Chapoutier’s terroir-driven, biodynamic approach.
Delightfully fragrant, the nose shows red berries (strawberries, raspberries, red cherry), apricot, melon, and a hint of orange blossom, complemented by delicate floral, herbaceous, and citrus notes.
Medium-bodied yet refreshing, with juicy red fruit balanced by crisp citrus, smooth melon, and mild spice. Fresh acidity and delicate minerality give it a clean, inviting structure.
A mouthwatering, persistent finish marked by bright berries, gentle herbs, and a hint of fennel or anise—it’s fruit-driven, flavorful, and highly drinkable .
