Crafted in Kalaheo, Kauaʻi, this expression is rooted in terroir—from pure Hawaiian cane sugar to filtered rainwater of Mount Waiʻaleʻale. Artisan-distilled twice in a vintage 1,210‑gallon steam-powered copper pot still, it’s then slowly macerated with all-natural Hawaiian cinnamon sourced from O.K. Farms near Hilo.
