Shipping Policy

We strive to keep shipping prices low, but please note that bottles are heavy and require special packaging. Some gift sets may weigh more than others.

PackagePlus appears as a separate line item in your cart at checkout and covers:

• Lost shipments
• Damaged items (photo required)
• Stolen packages (police report required)

Claims must be filed within:

• 14 days of delivery (damage)
• 10 days of delivery confirmation (missing packages)

PackagePlus coverage expires 30 days after shipment. File a claim or view full protection details.

You have 5 days after delivery to notify us of any errors. Contact us within this timeframe to resolve issues or request replacements.

All alcohol deliveries require an adult signature from someone 21 or older. ID must be verified by the carrier at the time of delivery.

We recommend shipping to a business address to avoid missed delivery attempts.

If a shipment is returned to us due to failed delivery, the following applies:

• Original shipping fees are non-refundable
• Return shipping charges will apply
• Free shipping orders will have outbound + return fees deducted from any refund

All goods are sold in California and title passes to the buyer there. By purchasing, you authorize us to ship via third-party carrier.

You are responsible for complying with your state or country's import laws. Additional duties or taxes may apply and are the customer's responsibility.
