Give soul to wine, make it unique, unrepeatable, intimately tied to its soil: these are the motivations and philosophy behind Maso Poli. All farming activities are dedicated to growing grapes, focused exclusively on a few typical and native vine varieties, performed according to strict parameters that require constant research and selection so as to achieve the best possible quality.

Wine Maker Notes
Pinot Grigio produces a small, compact, wing-shaped cluster with a copper colored grape. An excellent exposure in a southeasterly direction and a limited production are the ideal elements for good ripening. The grapes, handpicked and carefully selected, are gently crushed for the traditional vinification process. Thermo-controlled fermentation follows, and finally the wine is left to refine sur lees for 7 months. About 40% of the production is fermented in small French-oak barriques and tonneaux.
Can be enjoyed by itself but also suitable for fish such as trout and Mediterranean dishes.
