Koch Coyote is made from 100% wild agave Coyote. This mezcal is made by mezcalero Pedro Hernandez in San Baltazar Guelavila. It has a round mouth feel and herbal flavor notes with hints of light fruit tones. It is both sweet and spicy.
Our origins go back to the time of the Mexican revolution, where the family of our partner and founder Carlos Moreno began to enter the world of mezcal. Today we continue to grow and we are proud to collaborate with more than 52 producer families from 18 communities in the state of Oaxaca, thus having an international presence in more than 16 countries.
