Tropical Ageing : 11 years in Bourbon casks
Continental Ageing : 3 years in Ferrand casks
Further maturation : Finished 5 months in Ironroot Republic bourbon cask
Nose : Rich and woody, on oak, caramel, vanilla and cinnamon with lime, raspberry, apple and honey.
Palate : Dry and fresh, quite citrusy on grapefruit, soursop, gooseberry, undergrowth, tannins and pepper.
Bottle Size: All bottles are 750ML unless otherwise noted.
